Cockatoo Lodge is an Accredited Level 3 Supported Accommodation Facility.
INCLUSIONS
 
Cleaning - Common areas are cleaned by staff, and Residents are expected to maintain their personal living spaces.

Laundering - A washing machine and laundry powder is provided for resident's use. Residents are encouraged to do their own laundry.

Linen - Bedding & linen is provided on arrival. Residents can launder these with their personal laundry. 
 
Cooking - All meals are prepared fresh each day in our kitchen and served to residents in the three dining areas. 

Personal products - an initial supply of toiletries can be provided on admission.

Clerical Support - Residents can be provided with personal support for clerical requirements such as reading of mail or filling in forms.

Appointment Support - Staff can assist Residents with making appointments.
COMMUNITY AND SUPPORT GROUPS

 

We encourage residents to connect with community groups and organisations to access health care, mental health support, and employment opportunities, plus social and recreational activities.

 

Together we can assist residents to live a full and healthy life style.

 

HEALTH CARE & MEDICATIONS

 

Medication Administration - If needed, assistance with daily medication administration is provided using quality-controlled procedures by fully qualified staff.

Full Medication Management - If needed, assistance with medication management is provided by trained staff.
